These are meeting minutes of the trustees of Lee Memorial Library, an Allendale public body. The Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA) requires that minutes be prepared for all meetings of public bodies. These minutes must be comprehensible and made available promptly. The folders and files listed here are each identified by a proprietary naming scheme. For example, the folder ALL-LBRY 2023 LM MN represents the following: “ALL-LBRY” = Allendale Library; “2023” is the date; “LM” = Lee Memorial Library; “MN” = minutes. Once you click/open a folder, you will see documents (PDFs or JPGs) that are named similarly. They may also include the exact meeting date (e.g., “2023-02-23”) and the type of meeting (e.g., “RS” = Regular Session; “WS” = Work Session; “CS” = Close Session).
